Appointment was for 9am. Finally got called back just before 10. A woman (same woman I could hear from the waiting area talking loudly about the evils of “white Hollywood”) came in and took x rays then said “she” will be in soon. About a half hour later, a dentist came in and looked at the x rays and started asking all about the jaw surgery I had almost 30 years ago because she sees screws and things. The dentist then proceeds to start cleaning my teeth. Apparently there were no hygienists? While cleaning my teeth, she stopped to go make a phone call and comes back around 15 minutes later.

While finishing up on my teeth, she continues to ask about the jaw surgery and if my parents paid a lot of money for it. She continues talking about how they must’ve paid a lot for it. ?? She was very heavy handed with the electric pick, stabbing my gums all the way around my mouth and using freezing water even though she could tell my roots were exposed. I had to ask her if there were any issues like cavities. Then she handed me a bag with toothbrush and floss and walked me out. When I started at this office years ago it was a beautiful new office and it seemed like young dentists fresh out of school were starting out here.

It was very nice. Yesterday it was so run down, the bathroom was filthy, cracks in the ceiling panels, . . . I will never go here again and would advise anyone against it.

My family member had a 11:00 am appointment for a small filling, we arrived on time. The receptionist said she did see a appointment for today and would try to squeeze her in or reshedule her but she showed them the appointment card and she was just there the week before. I waited in the parking lot for her and saw people who arrived after her get treated and leave. Her small filling took 1hour and 40mins.

it appeared she was the last patient before lunch. So they did SQEEZE HER IN. NOT GOOD.

I would not recommend this dental office. They called me around 4pm the day before my appointment and asked "If I can call them back to confirm my appointment or reschedule. " I didn't have a chance to call them that day and they were closed the next morning when I called. I show up for my appointment a half hour early and the lady at the front desk was acting all surprised I was there and also a half hour early. Come to find out (After sitting and waiting for a half hour) that they had put another patient in my appointment time because I had not "Called them back to confirm the appointment. " They have a ridiculous policy that if you do not return the call and confirm they will essentially cancel your appointment on you. I took off work and drove across town and was not happy to find this out . The Hygienist finally calls me back to take x-rays and explains she is going to take my x-rays and put me back in the waiting room because she isn't sure they can clean my teeth today. I asked why is that, it was 4pm and there was only one other patient in the office and they are open until 5pm. She said "because you didn't call back and confirm your appointment, we put someone else in your spot. " I told her if they cannot do the whole appointment today then I will be leaving to find another dentist and they will not do just the x-rays. So now she is looking at me like i'm crazy and I did something wrong (all I did was show up to my appointment) The attitudes did not stop there either. I asked to talk to the Dr. and they put me back in the waiting room for another 25 minutes.

. . The Dr. comes out and says sorry, reiterates again that It is my fault for not calling them back to say yes i am coming to the appointment I have scheduled. I asked her to make a note on my account that I will always be at my appointment because I am organized and keep my appointments. . . she said she would note my account so this doesn't happen again. . . The next hygienist comes to the waiting room to get me and was clearly upset she had to see another patient, and still acting like it was my fault they are over booked at this point. Signs of her being upset where her tone of voice, and her unpleasant greeting. She starts rushing through my cleaning and tearing up my gums because she wasn't using proper care (i've never bled so much at a cleaning) She splashed water in my eye and then again on my face a few minutes later (I'm not sure she knows how to properly clean teeth). At this point I asked her to just stop and explained it's obvious she was rushing and that she was hurting me and I was no longer comfortable with the experience.

Long story short she starts getting a huge attitude and her tone of voice was extremely unprofessional. I said "Ma'am i'm not going to argue with you" and she went on to say "I know, i'm not going to argue because I am right and you are wrong" How childish of a grown women to go there. . . I couldn't believe it. I again asked for the Dr. At this point I had the Dr. print my file and the X-rays I let them take and explained I'd no longer be coming to this office. Long Story short, they are unprofessional, lack proper patient care, and customer service is an absolute mess. All I did was show up to my appointment (early). I did my part, and they continued to make it my fault for their mistake on over booking. I didn't take off work and drive across town to deal with rude unprofessional people who do not know how to treat their patients. I will be informing my insurance provider, and also the BBB on how poor their service was, I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

2nd time disappointed. This morning I had a 9am appointment for a Crown. I arrived at 850 but the office was not open yet. Happily the door was unlocked at 9 and I was in the chair by 910! My nurse took an xray and mold then the Dr numbed me up! I sat numbed for an hour with no attention from the dr who went on to serve other patients while I waited.
