I scheduled an older family member as a new patient with Carroll Family Dental, and he said it was the best cleaning he’d ever had in his life. He also liked Dr. Aaron and called him an excellent dentist. When I called initially, Michelle walked me through enrolling my family member as a patient. She emailed a link to online intake forms that were quick and easy to navigate, including scanning his insurance and ID cards. I never had to go to the office.

After the appointment was over, when it was time to call the independent living center’s transportation person, my family member was confused, and the Carroll Family Dental front desk made the call for him. They scheduled his 6-month cleaning and sent an email with the appointment information. Later that day, they emailed the very reasonable bill to the relative who handles payments. As a caregiver, I am very grateful to Carroll Family Dental for taking good care of my family member and for making the process easy for me.
