I had a great experience at Cascade Dental! The office is very clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff provides excellent customer service they’re friendly, attentive, and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. I was also impressed that I didn’t have to wait long to be seen.

The dentist is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all of my treatment options in detail, which helped me feel confident and informed about my care. Overall, I highly recommend Cascade Dental to anyone looking for a professional and efficient dental office with top-tier service.

I had a wonderful experience! From the X-rays to the hygienist team, Jaqueline and Sergio were fantastic. Sergio was super informative and really caring throughout the process. I highly recommend this dentist group! I've been coming here for quite a while, and I've always been happy with my visits. One area that clearly requires significant improvement is the billing department. For instance, during my conversation today, I was informed that I have an outstanding balance dating back to both 2023 and 2024.

This news came as a surprise, as I had not received any prior notifications regarding these charges until now. To enhance the experience for patients, I strongly recommend implementing more proactive communication strategies related to billing matters. Keeping patients informed about their balances would not only reduce confusion but also foster trust and transparency within the practice.
