Absolutely terrible they are rude at the front I called trying to make an appointment. Christy was rude. I was calling to get information and they was trying to make me do another exam when I just done one in march. I asked would I have to pay and she was rude and kept saying are you going to make the apt . I would not recommend anyone going to them .

Everyone was professional, attentive, and ready to help. Insurance benefits were explained clearly. Treatment plan was put into place and explained throughly. I was very pleased with my first visit and look forward to continuing my treatment plan with them.

Update 3/2025 — just wanted to put out here my appreciation for how accommodating and accessible everyone here is. I am very happy with my continued treatment and have recommended this practice to many friends and family now and will continue to do so. Thank you, Castle Dental!

I'm not convinced anyone actually works here. My very first appt was cancelled day-of due to the dentist having a medical emergency. Fine, not their fault. So I rescheduled and waited another 3 weeks.

Today I arrived 5 min early for a 9:20 appt and was told by the receptionist that all but 1 dental assistant were "running late," and there were 3 people ahead of me, so if I wanted to wait an hour or more, feel free, or she'd be happy to reschedule. THIS was supposed to be my rescheduled appt. So yeah, no thanks.

Absolutely terrible never in my life have so much trouble with a company dont go here! We went in February and was told the consolation was free so we went ahead and did it when we came out, they told us we were good to leave with no charge and if we were interested to come back and make an appointment, we ended up deciding we weren’t gonna go there so we didn’t come back but four months later we got a bill in the mail.

I called them took them four days to contact me back about it because they didn’t have any information on my husband just for them to say that the front lady desk was wrong and we did have to pay and instead of helping us, they basically just hung up on us They’re gonna charge you even though they tell you that they’re not don’t fall for their trap
