Cave Spring Family Dental feels like an extension of our family—warm, reliable, and always putting us at ease. Dr. Carter and her team have cared for my wife, our two kids, and even my parents for 8 years. My 8-year-old looks forward to checkups for the “smile tokens” he trades for toys, and my mom, who’s anxious about dental work, trusts Dr. Carter completely.

I had a wisdom tooth extraction here last month, and the recovery was smoother than expected, thanks to their clear aftercare instructions. The office is cozy with a fireplace and local art, and the staff remembers little things, like my dad’s love for classic rock. They offer evening appointments, handle insurance seamlessly, and never pressure us into treatments. For family-focused care, this is unbeatable.

My young child went here for his second dental appointment. The first time he went was great, everyone was super nice. This time not so much. The dentist herself was nice, but the dental hygienist was not. She was very impatient with my child.

She snapped at him a few times during the appointment. With this being his second time ever at the dentist I hoped for some more patience on their part. This place may be good for adults, but my child will be going somewhere else from now on.

My family and I have been patients of Dr. Lubeck for several years now. Before becoming his patient I had some unpleasant dental experiences which led to some anxiety. Dr. Lubeck has always been very kind and mindful of this and made sure that I am comfortable and as pain free as possible.

He, his dental assistant, Jessica, and the front office staff recently went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed and quickly. All of the staff here are very friendly and professional. My husband and I love Dr. Laing! We are always so pleased with how knowledgeable and thorough everyone at Cave Spring Family Dental is. Dr. Laing does a fantastic job and redoes work that was poorly done elsewhere so beautifully. Each of the hygienists we've seen have also been extremely pleasant and gentle.
