Had such a great experience for my sons first visit. Appt was exactly on time so no waiting is the best! I expected it to be very traumatic for him as he has autism/anxiety/sensory issues. Christian & Dr K were so amazing with him, he never even cried. Such a great atmosphere & their calming demeanors were EVERYTHING to keeping my son stress free through out his appt. 10/10 recommend

Always an excellent. The staff is warm and knowledgeable. They are patient with my twins who are ever definition of opposites. The dentist Dr W. took his time and answered all the questions and concerns we had.

I took both of my children here for their dental care for years. My 8 year old son had a difficult loose baby tooth that Dr. Jeremy thought would need to be pulled, but it ended up falling out a few weeks later on its own. Long story short, my husband took him to his next appointment where the dentist somehow thought my son’s ADULT TOOTH was a baby tooth and then proceeded to pull the ADULT TOOTH. Even after my husband said that I never mentioned a tooth being pulled. The dentist AND his hygienist both checked my son’s chart and told my husband he was wrong and the tooth needed to be pulled.

Hours later, my 8 year old had to have the tooth put back in after it was erroneously pulled and then he had to have two extremely painful root canal appointments! We have no idea if he will be able to keep the tooth as he gets older or if he will need an implant. I will say that Dr. Emily worked with us and apologized profusely for what happened and they of course paid for my son's root canal and for all of the endodontist appointments he’s had thus far. Dr. Emily had nothing to do with my son’s tooth being pulled. But that doesn’t change the fact that it was a careless mistake on Dr.

Jeremy’s part and the whole thing could have been avoided. I don’t understand how a pediatric dentist couldn’t tell the difference between a loose baby tooth and an adult tooth that clearly wasn’t loose. I don’t believe that this is a bad dental practice even in light of the situation. I just want parents to know that this is the experience my family had here.
