We love doctor Crowe. It’s so hard to find a dentist that is amazing with our children. She keeps my son calm and is able to get the necessary work done. I highly recommend her to everyone.

Genuinely one of the worst experiences I have had in my life. I went to Dr. Crowe for two front tooth crowns. Seems simple enough but for some reason caused me a whole ordeal for over a year and ended with me sobbing and in pain in her office. To this day my bite is completely off and I have chipped teeth. After getting my temporary crowns, I told them (Dr. Crowe and her assistant) that my bite wasn't right. They spent over an hour adjusting the crown. They used a marking paper but just weren't getting it right. I could barely bite down. I even told them where exactly I was feeling it but to no avail. Eventually, her assistant said maybe I had a "wandering bite" and that it would feel better as the week went on, and I was sent home unable to bite down fully. They even shaved down my bottom teeth so that the crown could fit better which to me seems unnecessary. Just take better impressions and order a proper fitting crown, but no. As time went by, I could barely even eat anything because when I would try to, my bottom teeth would hit my front two crowns, making it too uncomfortable. I noticed that I was having pain in one of my front teeth that was shaved down and I told Dr. Crowe.

She said that I should keep an eye on it. A couple of weeks go by, and I call them again and tell them I'm still having discomfort with that tooth. The receptionist told me that I was supposed to have it looked at for a possible root canal. At my next appointment, I asked Dr. Crowe what could have possibly happened during the procedure of shaving my teeth down it now requires a root canal. She ROLLS HER EYES at me and sighs and explains it. I'm not saying she is at fault for the needed root canal, but she could have handled the situation better. You don't need to roll your eyes just because I'm asking a question. So, I got the root canal done which cost me a lot of money out of pocket. I go back in to get the permanent crowns in and the crowns are nice, but not symmetrical. I paid out of pocket for aesthetic, symmetrical crowns. She wants to retake impressions and says she needs to cut the crowns off since we permanently cemented them. I tell her we never permanently cemented them and they are still temporary. She then says back, no, I'm pretty sure we did permanently cement them and have to cut them off. After going back and forth for a bit, she realizes I'm right. Just so many issues. My bite also took a long time to fix again amid all these appointments.

Fast forward to when I finally get the right crowns. They look great and I'm excited for them to be permanently cemented and for this 1+ year-long journey to be over. They put the permanent crowns in, but the bite is a bit off. Crowe, without asking me, permanently cements my crown despite my bite being off. They spend time trying to fix the bite and round out the edges of my crown. In doing so, Crowe puts an oddly shaped cut in the crown. Realizing her mistake, she had to take the permanently cemented crown off, which was an EXTREMELY painful ordeal. I was sobbing during it due to the pain and frustration. They order new crowns, but the crowns are rushed because I just wanted it to be over. They never got the bite right on these crowns either, and I let them know that. I was there again for over an hour of them trying to get the bite right and at that point I didn't care, I just wanted to be done. To this day my bite isnt right. It's to the point where my bottom teeth have chipped due to hitting my front two teeth so much (picture attached). The only pros of this place are they are accommodating with your schedule sometimes and the lab they use to send the crowns is good (thanks Bill). I have been through so much more at this place, but I think I have made my point. I have never felt more unheard and dismissed at a dental practice.

Absolutely amazing! My kids are autistic and she is amazing with them, but I too see her because I have an anaphylactic reaction to lidocaine so need to go under general anesthesia to have any major dental work done!
