Just got my wisdom teeth out today by him, he was very rude and keep getting loud with me during the IV. I was a nervous about the IV because i do not like needles and i’m afraid of them, he had giving medication before hand so i could be calmer and not so worried. Unfortunately it was not strong enough, and i was still very conscious about everything as if i didn’t take it at all. I asked if he could just count to three so i knew when to expect it, he wouldn’t let me and just held my arm (forcefully) and did the IV anyway.

Obviously i was getting upset and crying a little bit because of the fear or needles and never having it done before. I was out the whole surgery and didn’t wake up until the nurses said it was all done and time to go, and pain after word is pretty manageable. I would not go back because of the Dr or really any of the nurses.

If you are reading this, good for you. You will be better off than I was. I wish I had read reviews before getting work done here. I had so many red flags along the way. I wish I had listened to my gut and looked for a different practice. Let me describe my experience. The "consult" before surgery consisted entirely of him asking me if I had recent x-rays, me saying yes and him taking a two second glance at my mouth from across the desk. It was completely pointless to drive in for that.

He could have seen that in the paperwork. He didn't even answer questions about what to expect. He just said it would be "fine". At the actual surgery, his employees were friendly and kind, but his process was unsanitary: no rinsing or cleaning at all before cutting into me -- even though I had literally just eaten raspberry pancakes with syrup and had only swished my mouth with out with water before walking into the office. When I raised my hand during the surgery and said it was not completely numb and that it hurt. He just dismissed me by telling me to "stay still" and "it is much easier to be sedated" (which he was aware I could not do for medical reasons). He even had one of his employees hold me still. It felt like pure torture.

Two days after surgery, when I had a significant increase in pain, he was on vacation and unable to be reached. The pain has now been radiating up my face, down my neck, and through my ear for a week and a half. I am afraid I may have developed dry socket or an infection and I need someone to take a look at it, but I had to find a new dentist and wait until they could work me I to their schedule. I am thankful to say I have an appointment scheduled with someone else for tomorrow morning, but I really wish I had saved myself all this pain by reading the reviews, listening to my gut, and going with someone else to begin with. So please, if you have read this far, listen to your gut, watch out for the red flags, and stay away from this surgeon/practice it's just not with the risk. Play it safe and go somewhere else. I wish you the best.

Hands awesome doctor, nurses and staff!!! Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth taken out yesterday, today is day 2 I'm starting feeling a lot better ❤️

Had appointment today to have a back tooth extracted. This was a pleasant experience for me in spite of getting a tooth extracted. The staff were pleasantly nice and explained everything that was going to be involved in the process. From the cost to the extraction. I was nervous about the pain involved when I get numbed up. I hate needles. But everyone made me feel very comfortable.

Dr. Hadeed was great. He advised me throughout the process/extraction. The process was quick and painless. I didn’t even feel much pressure. Thank you everyone for making this extraction easier for me.
