I am having unbelievable problems somewhere else and I was recommended to this practice. First experience was nice very nice dentist and he wanted me to see the “Implant specialist.

” Well unless you have 30-40 thousand laying around he told me I could leave he couldn’t help me and I was never offered any help with like a payment plan or something! Strike 2 I was really hoping they could help me. On to see who can

Absolutely love Dr Hanyon he did an amazing job on extraction and post insert. No pain and he has great bed side manners with patients. Care and compassion goes along way!

I had an appointment for a cleaning & my experience from the front desk receptionists to Judy who did my cleaning was amazing! In all 30+ years of me going to the dentist I’ve never been taken care of with such care & kindness.

And Judy was so informative, she suggested I buy a water pick which would help solve a problem I’ve always had plaque & tartar buildup!!! This is the first time my teeth even look whiter after a cleaning too! The ladies were awesome, I will definitely be back for my 6 month cleaning 🦷🫶🏾

My husband and I were supposed to have appointments on Friday at 9, but when we called to confirm the day before we were told that whoever made our appointments didn’t set it for the correct day. The front office was no help. Lilly hung up on me after giving me the run around. Then I waited on hold with no help.

They refused to see us even after explaining this was the only day we had off from work and we had booked our appointments in advance. It was their fault the appointment was never made for the correct time and they had no solutions.
