2 stars only because the one lady was nice about the situation and the hygienist was nice. Originally made it sound like my insurance was accepted with needing an emergency appointment for a broke and infected tooth that I couldn't tolerate waiting to be pulled. I drove 2 hours one way to this location only to find out that they do not accept my insurance when I got there.

The dentist was ok but when it came time to pull the messed up teeth he didnt believe me when I said it still hurt and that "pressure was ok". Last time I checked sharp pain isn't pressure but not the biggest deal the relief should outweigh the pain of the infected tooth one would think. They ended up breaking one of my good teeth and wanted me to drive back another 2 hours to see them knowing they don't accept my insurance would probably charge to fix the tooth they broke because "the filling somehow came out" and now I have a 700$ bill for the teeth and a broken tooth that wasn't broken when I got there with exposed nerve endings causing more pain and inability to chew even the softest of stuff because of it.

Only acceptable thing is the teeth are out and hopefully the swelling going down will take the pain level down but I will not go back after all of it. Dealing with that and leaving shaking like a leaf after the emotional stress left me drained and disappointed.

The overall process was a bit longer than anticipated (could have been an emergency visit before me) but the service is thorough and I left feeling good about the insight they provided. They have all the latest scanning gadgets that may viewing your teeth and gums very insightful. As a bonus I was a first time customer and was in within two days of making the appointment!

Fast appointments, Friendly. professional staff. My Dentures broke and came across a ad by Aspen for dentures at a price so low I was skeptical. I made an appointment and within 6 days I had my new dentures. They looked good and fit well and at the advertised price.

I was well received today! The staff members were very helpful, friendly and professional. All my concerns were addressed. My insurance was not accepted but I was offered a free exam and X-rays since I was already there. My BP was also checked as part of the exam.

I’m sure they haven’t seen the last of me. Will certainly recommend this location to my friends and family. Thanks again for making my visit a pleasant experience.
