Called and booked an initial consultation over a month ago. Provided my insurance information and ID upfront. Today when we arrived, we were told that this office did not accept my insurance. We were on the phone for over 30 minutes the first time and at no time did the insurance person state they no longer were in network.

We could have selected another provider and moved on. Instead, this unprofessional lady (use the term loosley) suggested we pay upfront for their services and then they would courtesy bill insurance and the insurance company would decide payment. This was the shadiest business and I would not recommend to anyone. No telling what other unethical and unprofessional things they would do! Buyer beware!

I just wanted to say that I'm 46 years old and I've been to numerous dentists throughout my life (due to bad teeth. ) Out of all the dentists I've been to I can honestly say that Dr. Bryson was the best dentist I've ever been to (although his wife which is also a dentist was excellent as well-I went for the initial examination with her.

) He gave a detailed explanation of the procedure, was very gentle and caring, and very thorough. Prices were even less expensive than another place I went to for the same procedure. Highly recommended!

I had a root canal performed on 5/12 by Dr. Bryson and his assistant Rhonda. It was a a true joy and pleasure. I have had several root canals done in my lifetime and this by far was the best one. Dr. Bryson was running a little late but boy was he worth the wait. He took his time to properly numb my gums and he explained every step that was going to be performed.

Dr. Bryson was a true joy to speak with during my visit. He is a family man and wonderful person. He's the kind of person you would want to be friends with outside of work. If you are looking for a dentist and team who will put you 1st and address your concerns, you have found the right person. I hope I'm not in a position to return but if I ever need another root canal this is where I'm going. Thanks again for such great service!!!!!!!!
