I don’t know where to start. I was recommended by a doctor to come to this facility so I did. I went there and they said my appointment is for next week which was not true the day before they schedule me for the next day then Supervisor came out And she started apologizing but in a rude way blaming me for it. I drove 30 minutes away. I left my work. I pulled my kid out of the school so last pretty much 2 1/2 . they told me that my appointment will be today which means the week after and they will call me for a reminder.

It’s been a week. No one has called me for a reminder. I called him three times nobody’s answering I send emails. No one is replying even when I called first time to make appointment, I was waiting for 15 minutes without anybody getting back to me. I hung up. I called again and they told me we were saying hello hello but you were not there. What a joke then the guy took a call and said that they don’t have appointment for the next six months then he called me two minutes after said yes they do and that’s the appointment that I went when I got there.

They told me that they don’t have appointment for me , this clinic should be closed and after reading all these negative experience from people, I will sign my signature and vote for this dentist to close down because they are torturing kids. They are nothing doing right they should be patient sweet with little kids they’re not the god of that I will never put my child to suffer in that Dental unprofessional Office people if you love your kids, don’t put them through stress and those people who’s giving them four or five stars are the employees I’m telling you that because one of the lady who works there told me she asked me not to say anything and I will still not say her name. I asked her how did you Get five stars from few people she leans to me and said it’s employees. She asked me not to say her name like I said I won’t, but if you love your child, you will not put your child for these monsters to neglect them.

I would not recommend going here however it is the most convenient due to other places being booked out and charging more upfront if the insurance isn’t covered. I have had to return to this place more than five times to fix the same filling or replace the same caps within a very short period for my children’s not sure how good of a job done because they kept falling out. I also know someone that has had their child's spacer placed and that has fallen out and they receive care at the same location. Anytime I need to reach them I have to call 6-8 times to get through.

I even called several times yesterday to follow up regarding the care received recently and didn’t get an answer I left a voicemail. Still have not heard back. .

I was not happy with this clinic as they lied to my face, and over the phone. We stated we wanted NO fluoride during the visit. Then I see the dental technician wiping something on my child’s teeth, so I asked directly about it, “no I just need to show my friend something. ” I had seen a pink packet with a paint like brush sticking out of it. Researched on my own and this is a fluoride varnish.

I called the clinic they confirmed that’s what the packet was. I express my frustration, and they state they need to speak to the provider. Received a call almost a week later, with the same claim that he didn’t apply fluoride. Received our explanation of benefits in the mail, lo and behold - claim for fluoride used. I wish I had seen the reviews before they went because many of them were horrendous.

We will not be back. Parent knows best and that needs to be respected and not act like we have no clue what’s going on. Oh, and they also shoved the xray tag in my child’s mouth since she was nervous and not “cooperating. ” I would definitely not consider the providers literate in child behavior.

The dentist and assistant my son saw today here were great with him. He has a lot of anxiety with procedures and they were very calm and patient the whole time with him. The dentist explained everything very well to me and helped me to lead to the best decision for what my son needed. Thank you for taking such great care.
