Watch how your billing goes! I was charged in full by Dr. Christman's office and my insurance has sent them multiple payments since July. Here it is, October, and I have received no payments for the monies that I had already paid in full. To top it off, the insurance company has stated that they have a contract with this office and they should have deducted the amount rather than charged me in full to begin with. Looks like I'll be going to small claims to get my money.

Aside from the sketchy billing department, I was treated by a young dental hygienist who was no where near as gentle as the lady they had 2 years ago, They had to give me extra local anesthesia the first quadrant yet when they did the next round a week later they decided to not bother with the extra anesthesia when they already knew I required more. I was jumping around like a fish with every poke. Fun times.

Dr.Christman has been an excellent periodontist for me. He is concerned during during procedures that you aren't uncomfortable or in pain. He & his staff explain things well. Of course this type of work is expensive but he is fair in his pricing.

My experience with Dr. Joshua Christman and his staff at Christman Periodontics in Lancaster, PA exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, they were professional, warm and caring in their welcoming, clean, state of the art facility. Christman consistently demonstrated his genuine care for me as his patient and made sure he was there for me every step of the way, i. e. tooth extracted, bone graft (1:00 a. m. emergency complication that required me to call Dr. Christman at that hour and he subsequently opened his office to treat the issue. Yes, he provided his cell phone number after surgery in case of emergency) and implants and restoration. It goes without saying when choosing a health care provider it is very important to confirm his or her credentials and background (Dr.

Christman has outstanding credentials). However, what is difficult to know, and we might not think about or discuss, is how well that provider will actually provide for your care and understand and respond to your unique circumstances and needs. Will they do what they say, will they do quality work and will your outcome be what you expect, will they stand behind their work to your satisfaction, are they genuine and do they care? My experience with Dr. Christman and his staff speaks positively to that unknown. You will have the best care you can possibly find with this team, from start to finish, and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

From scheduling to billing to receptionist they all need to be educated on how to treat people. Went in for loose tooth and the measure me the whole bill was 6500. And the pick and choose there patient I’m still waiting with a loose tooth to be extracted. And don’t no if they accepted me or not waiting almost 4 weeks and still waiting with tooth need extracted. No phone call or nothing just give me my 180. Consultation fee let your insurance settle up with you. They just took my money and go home a wait for us to call you.

Still waiting Well went with aspen dentist. Christmas Periodontics just pick and choose there patient. Customer do your home work with these dentist cause if you don’t do your home work they will rip you off. and you be Shellingout unexpected money before you even find some one to help you out.
