The staff is rude and inconsiderate. I had problems retrieving my insurance information and was talked down to, told I was incompetent, and told I was never welcome back. I was completely honest and upfront with the staff that I was having trouble accessing my insurance information as a foreign exchange student, and that I needed some understanding. None given. I don’t usually say this, but I definitely wouldn’t have been treated this way if I looked another ethnicity (aka white).

Showing up to an appointment on time, attempting to fill out the forms, having valid issues because my provider’s site was down and I needed to verify an ID number, after I too, carved out time in my school schedule to come down there, only to be told I wasted their time… horrible. Do not go here if you’re at all imperfect. You will be spit on.

I had a very positive experience at Dr. Dennis' office. His dental hygienist, Natalie, is also excellent and thorough, and she very kindly took the time to run through various things with me. I also appreciated how Dr. Dennis and his staff didn't try to "push" unnecessary procedures or products on me, which has unfortunately been my experience in other dentist offices.

I personally appreciate Dr. Murphy's minimally invasive approach to dentistry. I never feel like I'm being swindled into unnecessary dental procedures. His hygiene staff, specifically Carrie, are all great. She takes the time to go over everything with you and does an amazingly painless cleaning, and his dental assistant is knowledgeable and friendly. My father, who is also a patient of Dr.

Murphy, just had new crowns seated today, replacing a few of his upper front teeth. My dad had chemotherapy and radiation therapy a few years ago that caused many of his teeth to begin to crumble. (Growing up in the 1950s, the dental care he received as a child was focused on removal not prevention which set him off to an unfavorable start. ) Getting his new teeth today, I saw my dad smile so big, showing off his new teeth. Dr. Murphy did a great job with color match and shape, so much so, that they look totally natural.

At 68 years old, my dad finally has a smile he is proud of. That fills me with gratitude. I can say, without a doubt, as long as Dr. Murphy and Carrie are practicing, I will be a loyal patient.

The receptionist Kim is one of the most unprofessional and rude people I’ve ever come across. I did not call her back to confirm an appointment, which is a courtesy- NOT a requirement with any appointment, anywhere. When I arrived to my appointment, she ignored me until I said hello, and the first thing out of her mouth was “did you get my call asking you to confirm your appointment?” and gave me a dirty look. I had been to see them back in April because a filling fell out. Being 35 weeks pregnant, Dr. Murphy told me I could wait and have the filling fixed at my already scheduled teeth cleaning appointment after I had the baby.

After waiting months to have the painful filling addressed, when I showed up I was told they couldn’t fix my filling because nobody put it on the schedule and I could only have my teeth cleaned. I told them Dr. Murphy had assured me it would be fixed at this appointment months ago, at which point the receptionist Kim came in and condescendingly kept telling me this was my own fault, I should have confirmed my appointment and would not let me finish a sentence. She kept insisting I was lying about the appointment and trying to gaslight me. I had also called back in the fall to push back my yearly teeth cleaning appointment by a few weeks once I found out I was expecting a baby at that time, and she never canceled the original appointment and kept blaming me for “missing my appointment a few weeks ago” even though I had just spoken with her and told her that appointment had been rescheduled in the fall and she just never took the appointment off her calendar. She took ZERO ownership for failing to cancel the rescheduled appointment, and ZERO ownership for failing to schedule my filling at the teeth cleaning appointment.

She kept calling it a miscommunication, when in reality she messed up at doing her very simple job TWICE and had the audacity to be rude and condescending to me. Then she tried to convince me to stay and have my teeth cleaned so they could line their pockets after treating me like garbage. This woman does not belong in a job dealing with people. She is downright nasty and incompetent.
