MD Shaunna is very arrogant and made sure to let my husband know how offended and upset she is that “her” tax payers money goes towards veterans care “that is not combate related” . Apparently this is how she feels but she has no problem taking the VA’s money. I am very frustrated with this doctor.
No veterans should be referred or seen by her. Please if you so offended about our veterans than do as all a favor and terminate your contract with Veteran Affairs.

This review is way overdue. I needed a crown after I had a root canal. I sat in the chair for 2 hours. Dentist Szabo said that the root canal wasn’t done correctly so she couldn’t perform a successful crown her dental assistant made me sign my name because they could not be responsible for the new crown. After suiting in the chair for 20 mins with Szabo she left the room and said all set. The dental assistant had me in the chair for over a hour and a half.
My dentist never had me sign off on his work and he never had the assistant adjust my crown. I paid cash for the service and was given 2nd had service. I would never go to this place again I had a difficult time scheduling an appointment anywhere else no wonder this was the only place available. Poor service from Szabo.

This would be 5 stars if they honored their treatment plans. Services were scheduled and received seemingly efficiently. Unfortunately when I went to check out I was asked to pay well above what was treatment planned for. There seemed to be confusion at the front desk with what was entered into the computer and what was hand written in my chart.
The assistant had Dr. Szabo address the issue which was nice however I was told things had changed with my tooth and an apology was given for not discussing these changes prior to servies rendered. This is honestly poor business etiquette and leads one to wonder how many others this has happened to.

I always enjoy going to Dr. Szabo's office as she is kind, professional and is always willing to help when a problem comes around. Highly recommend.
