Zero stars if I could. . the dentist is horrible. I needed a filling fixed and he fixed something else. And it's scraping against my lips. i told him it wasn't the right thing he fixed and started talking to me about a crown . . wow. . He need more training. . I'm so unhappy. .

. UPDATE: I called like they said to get corrected what the dentist slopperly did to my tooth putting to much bonding on my tooth so much it's rubbing against my lips cutting it. . so uncomfortable. i called then a guy answered said to come in I explained it's just to fix what the dentist messed up he said let me look into your chart . oh I'm sorry we don't take your insurance anymore your going to have to pay out of pocket. . it's over$200 . . like really. . why the hell do I have insurance for . you took it to mess up my teeth now I gotta pay out of pocket to fix your mistake.

. I'm so disappointed and exhausted. . I wouldnt send a stranger there . I wouldn't waste my time . they comment back to solve nother. i may report them to the BBC. . I give them a zone and 2 thumbs down. . horrible service!!!

I am a long-time customer and have always had good service, as a matter of fact my first encounter was as a DC37 patient on Fulton Street I had excellent work down, and was happy when I found you again years letter. You had referred me for a procedure you did not provide at the time. I am hoping to see you soon because I am coming back.

Excellent service, wait is expected sometimes depending on the procedure.

The receptionist or whoever they have to pick up the phone displayed a rude demeanor when my mother called to say she had to cancel an appointment. The woman on the phone says “So why did you even make an appointment in the first place?!” As a dental professional myself, I wouldn’t even bother seeking service at a place who has fits when a patient rightfully cancels.
