First and foremost this has been the nicest and most professional office I have ever been to. The staff was amazing Michael who handles the insurance is very prompt and is very empathetic. Kim who took me back for X-rays was extremely professional and made me extremely comfortable putting my mind at ease. Dr.
Brevard was amazing during the consultation very soft spoken and made me feel that this extensive wisdom tooth removal surgery is going to be ok despite all the possible outcomes. I would recommend this office solely on professionalism and staff alone.

My daughter had to have a stubborn tooth pulled. Her appointment was at 10:45 and we were walking out the door at 11:10. She said she didn't feel a thing after the anesthesia and laughing gas. Additionally, I was super impressed with Dr. Brevard and her assistants' bedside manner. They were incredibly kind to both of us and made the experience so easy.

Never in my entire 28 years of living have I had a better experience going to the dentist/oral surgeon. Dr. B was attentive and amazing from beginning to end. Right along with an amazing staff. They talked me through everything and over explained how the extraction will go while still leaving the door open to ask any questions. Amazing experience and would recommend to anyone and everyone.

I called compassionate care to make an appointment for my daughter. I verified with the office that they took my medical insurance and then scheduled an appointment for a consultation. When I arrived at the office I was told that they took my insurance for now, but in 10 days they were stopping so I’d have to pay out of network. I explained that I chose the office because they took my insurance and they at first tried to say that not every insurance company charges for out of network, which I’ve never heard of but I knew mine did so I explained that.
She then apologized and said it was probably a misunderstanding when I called my insurance company since they didn’t know they’d no longer be accepting that insurance. I explained I didn’t call my insurance and that I spoke to the office directly. She then tried to say they must have gotten confused with the dental insurance until I explained I never provided that information and had only been talking about medical insurance. Ultimately, I wasted a month waiting for this appointment while my daughter was dealing with an uncomfortable medical situation and a trip out to the office because they were dishonest.
Then they tried to give me bad information to proceed with the appointment anyway.
