I have been in the Turnersville office for 'deep cleaning', crown re-fastening, and to re-line my upper partial plate. It seemed like payment was more of a concern than getting my teeth repaired, I've paid and still waiting since March 25th for appointment on the partial. I have called more than once without response. Pleas advise.

This office is terrible! I'm sitting here on 5/17/25 wondering how an office can be so inefficient with their payment system. I took out a LendingClub loan for implants through the office. They collected the entire amount up front. Was planning on doing upper and lower, but the uppers weren't plausible, just lowers. Had bone graph done on lower(worst pain ever for 6weks) in order to have the higher quality implants. Bone graphs didn't take, switched to mini implants instead on just bottom. Almost 1 year has passed since this nightmare began. I was due back a good amount of money due to the cost difference between work planned vs the actual work completed. I had already paid the loan off prior to completion.

I received a refund from Lending club on 5/13. I called to verify that I could deposit the check same day. They approved. Now today 5/17 i received a email from my bank stating the "paying bank" refused payment! Have made lots of calls and finally find out Universal Dentistry sent wrong amount! Of course UD is closed today (they only work 4 days a week). Also LENDING CLUB, on their app reopened my account and says I still owe them over 3k!! This is a nightmare. The young girls in the turnersville office are busy tapping on their phones instead of working. Have no idea about billing, and have created a total nightmare for me! Dionna is great, Kim was great but now works in Cherry hill. Dr's are good, front office girls. .

. terrible. AVOID THIS PLACE and avoid LENDINGCLUB that they push. Get your own financing. . . learn from this. It could be you next! I will update as this progress

This particular Universal Dentistry I would NOT RECOMMEND. I had Bridge work done there in Turnersville NJ. They hyped me up with all that they could do for me. I’ve had problems at every turn. The Bridge work split I couldn’t tell you how many times. They claimed it was that I must be grinding my teeth at night. The last time the split I called them and they told me I would be charged. Of course I didn’t go back ever.

My opinion is now that they never treated my gums and put my bridgework over teeth that wouldn’t hold up the bridgework. I’m now having to have all the bridgework removed from the bottom. Eating a simple sandwich one day, I heard a loud snap and that was by tooth had broken away. So of course I had to walk around with teeth only on the half of my mouth. Now I’m having issues with the other side that has to be removed. All that money spent to a company that obviously takes the easy way out. As for the Novacaine it wasn’t strong as if had with a regular Dentist. One day I was in tears.

I should have stopped them then. Yes, they’re nice and pleasant but that’s not what I was there for. I Pray that others have better experiences than I did. I’m also glad I don’t have to deal with their lying commercials. I got rid of cable. Good Luck to whoever use them. They say you get what you pay for and that’s exactly what I got.
