I had a great experience here. Everyone in the office is very nice and knowledgeable. Molly did a great job cleaning my teeth, very thorough. I will be back and I would highly recommend.

Avoid literally at all costs. Save your time and money. Moved to the area and needed a dentist so I scheduled an appointment online. I get there and everyone is overly nice and cheery, which was nice, but clearly part of their strategy. I get the cleaning done, which was honestly very well done, but they tell me I need 3 or 4 crowns and Invisalign. They play it off as no big deal and they try getting me to schedule an appointment the next day (red flag). They then give me an estimate to show me how much it “WOULD’VE” cost without insurance, versus what it would actually cost me.

(Okay cool, that’s why I have insurance???? Why are you showing me this??) Felt pretty wary of that whole experience so I got a 2nd opinion at another highly recommended dentist down the road. They tell me I “might” need to have my the only crown I have replaced, since a previous dentist didn’t properly fit that crown and it was causing a gap between my tooth and gum. Outside of that, they found no issues. For that procedure they billed my insurance a total of $1175 for the tooth build up and the crown. Conshohocken Dental Arts on the other hand sent a pre-authorization for the same exact thing (a build up and a crown) to my insurance company for a cost of $2229 per tooth. I’m really struggling to wrap my head around the $1000 difference for the same exact procedure. Isn’t that a little suspicious?? These people are professional scam artists.

Don’t fall for the good reviews and the friendliness. They’ll try to do unnecessary work and overcharge. I half feel bad writing this because everyone there was nice and helpful, but at the same time they honestly crossed the line. Have some shame.

I had a really great experience! The staff is so nice and friendly and Dr. Nara and Molly are so likable ! Madison at the front desk explained how my insurance works so that I know exactly what to expect.

I love this practice, I’ve been there for routine cleanings and for problems with my teeth/gums. They’re always helpful and clear when going through treatment plans and payments. Also, the facility is clean and I can tell the staff is experienced which is not easy to find!
