New York. The organization, formerly known as Greater Hudson Valley Family Health Center, was founded in 1967 as a small health clinic for migrant farm workers. It has since grown into a comprehensive healthcare system with a mission to provide high-quality care to all people, with a special emphasis on the underserved and those without access to health care, regardless of their ability to pay, race, economic status, age, or disability.
Cornerstone Family Healthcare offers a broad spectrum of services designed to care for the whole person.
