Really liked this office when Dr. Ollie’s took over, he did a great job. Both my husband and I went in last week, I seen the hygienist she did a very nice job cleaning my teeth (very gentle). My husband seen the doctor for a cavity. Talked about all this expensive dental care my husband and I needed only to get a EOB in the mail yesterday telling us he is no longer in-network.

Called the office to get our X-rays since we’re going to have change dentist, asked the girl why no one informed us they were no longer in-network? She stated that’s not their job and that they can’t call every patient to tell them. Which I understand except maybe when someone calls in for an appointment or before you start talking about 1000’s in dental care it might have been courteous of them to inform us since they can see the insurance coverage. Rather than waiting until we could have rack up huge bills. Thank goodness our insurance company sent us EOB’s very quickly this time around. It could have been financially devastating for us.

Either way we are going to have to pay more than we needed for the appointments and X-rays we already had done. A bit disappointed in the whole experience this time around.

Definitely recommend Dr.Ollila and his staff, they are caring, helpful, and go above and beyond for patients. They were phenomenal with every step of my denture process, and very timely!! I love my new smile, cannot thank them enough!

The staff here are so kind and welcoming. I went in for my first ever filling today and was terrified, Dr Ollila and his assistant were so understanding and patient with me. They explained everything step by step and kept asking if I was okay or needed a break.

They really called my nerves and made me feel so comfortable. A lot of doctors will get annoyed with their patients for having anxiety but he was the opposite it was very refreshing. Thank you!
