For sure will never come here again! My wife was advised that one of her teeth would need to be extracted. We agreed to an extraction at a later date. She came in today for fillings for two completely different teeth and yet was given a filling for the tooth that’s getting removed. This feels like a billing tactic to get more money.

I had a filling and crown done here in March 2024. The original mold was done incorrectly so the crown had to be sent away and redone. I finally got the redone crown placed and let it settle for a few months but continued to have discomfort. I went back to express concern and instead was told I needed two additional root canals (on the other side; I followed up with an endo and they determined no further root canals were needed). I was extremely taken aback. I eventually went back again and said that I was *still* having pain and at this point (now fall) couldn’t chew at all on the crown anymore. The dentist eventually referred me back to the endodontist to get the original root canal under the crown rechecked. I got it checked and the root canal was fine.

I went back and asked them to look at the crown again. The dentist AGAIN said there were no issues and sent me to a gum specialist. The gum specialist said my gums were perfect. Both the endodontist and the gum specialist advised that adjustments be made to the crown. I requested AGAIN for an appointment to be made for them to look at the crown, insisting that I’m going on a year of pain and no chewing on that side. Continuously to this point, the office manager and front desk person had treated me with the barest of patience every time I called and made an appointment. The office manager was barely able to conceal her belief that this had nothing to do with the crown and was probably something else entirely. However, I made appointments and paid out of pocket for every specialist the dentist turned me out to.

And over a year later I am still having pain and still not able to chew on that side. I regret ever getting a filling or crown here. At the very least I wish they would have resolved the issue so that I was no longer in pain. I made one last appointment with the office to resolve the issue, but I ended up cancelling the appointment as the tone of the office manager made it clear she had no desire to resolve the issue. Her only desire was to be rid of me once and for all in whatever way she could, whether the issue was resolved or not. I had no desire to keep an appointment with an office that is putting out that attitude.
