I had an exceptional experience at Coulter Family Dentistry today. They go beyond your typical expectations for a trip to the dentist. From the time I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. All the staff are professional and personable. Especially Annie- thanks for doing a great job on me! I didn’t fail to notice the small touches like the essential oils diffusing, the tv on the ceiling, and the massage chair.

They’ve done a great job integrating photography into the appointments as well. The professional images of my teeth were a great visual for pointing out and understanding what Dr Coulter was telling me. Overall I couldn’t be happier with my appointment. If you’re searching for a dentist in the Knoxville area, this is the best they come!

I had a fantastic experience at Coulter Family Dentistry! Dr. Coulter takes a minimally invasive approach, which I really appreciate—no unnecessary drilling or procedures, just honest and thoughtful care. It’s clear he prioritizes his patients’ long-term dental health. Erica, the hygienist, was absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet and made sure I was comfortable the entire time.

She was also very thorough, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. The whole team was welcoming and professional, making my visit stress-free from start to finish. If you’re looking for a dentist who truly cares, I highly recommend Coulter Family Dentistry!

I cannot recommend this place enough! I have a lot of dental anxiety, and the receptionist and my hygienist, Annie Grace, were both very patient and understanding. Annie Grace explained every step and checked in with me regularly which was very helpful. The space itself is clean, comfortable, and professional. The technology is amazing! I got X-rays, a 3D scan, pictures, etc. which were all standard for a new patient.

The cleaning was very thorough and both Annie Grace and Dr. Coulter answered all of my questions easily. The payment process and scheduling the next appointment were both painless experiences. I truly cannot recommend this office enough if you are looking for a dentist in the area! They have an exceptional team for which I am very grateful!

Very happy to recommend Coulter Family Dentistry! The office is nice and professional. There's plenty of parking and convenient to get into and out. Everyone was welcoming and Dr. Coulter explained what I needed clearly and thoroughly. I did not feel rushed. I appreciated their cleaning technique as it felt less invasive but actually more comprehensive. I'm so glad my family found this place!
