My 2 kids, my husband, and I have had a variety of work done at the office. My husband and I had major mouth work and after 7 years, we're still all smiles! See you soon for my cleaning doc!

Sweetest Hydration & Med Spa
Dr. Shah is excellent at what he does. If you ask questions, he will explain it for you to understand. Have been going here a few times for root canal and fillings and he has been great. I only want Dr. Shukan Shah working on my teeth. Sometimes there’s a wait, but it is worth it.

This dental office at 190 Cozine gets one star because there is no wait time in the waiting area due to it being empty, that should have been my first 🚩. this dental office is extremely money hungry, I never once seen the same dentist twice. I been going there for 6 months which was several visits, And within those 6 months I only had one procedure done. I had to do all the calling to my insurance myself, if you have a question you are not allow to ask the dentist over the phone you will have to go in person, and even then you’re only allow to speak to the dental assistant.
I was told I needed a root canal, the next appointment I was told I need to pay $400 for a CT for that root canal, I ask did I have any other options and they say yes, extraction. my insurance approved the extraction, they do extraction in that dental office but was denied the extraction because the dentist wanted to place a unnecessary bone in my gum “just in case I ever wanted to get a implant in the future” which I don’t. So I was turn away in pain because I didn’t want to pay $600 cash for a bone that was optional but was told I can go to his other location further away and get the tooth extracted without having to pay the $600! They will start a procedure then hit you with you have to pay cash for something they didn’t tell you about before starting that procedure. Now I’m stuck looking for a different dentist to finish what they already started which was a root canal on a different tooth.
Please be very aware of what is being done and while you are there make sure before you start anything everything is already approved by your insurance and also have them tell you before hand if there is anything you have to pay out of pocket. I do not recommend this place to anyone who can’t afford to pay hundreds of dollars cash!

My husband was a patient with this dentist, and everyone should STAY AWAY they are very unprofessional, unethical, unhygienic. The front desk staff is nasty, disrespectful and would refuse to provide management information, they would constantly reschedule appointments and the appointments that were "confirmed" were canceled on two occasions. On this final visit the nasty receptionist, stated that my husband's appointment was canceled, and he would need to call his insurance, which obviously is frustrating and just crazy.
Please also keep in mind that the rooms in which services are provided along with tools do not seem to be properly cleaned. Please do not go here, do not waste your time or risk being mistreated or disrespected.
