I called these people up they took me right in pulled my tooth that was giving me trouble no questions asked everybody I encountered was amazing I would give them a 10 out of 10 if I could but u can only do five stars thank yall so much

Due to COVID lockdowns I had wait well over a year to see a dentist w/4 broken teeth ....I had waited months but when I called Dr Scott Ward I got in within 2 weeks ....I was shocked Dr Ward could pull teeth (wisdom teeth which had broken) pulled all my wisdom teeth right in his office ....I didn't feel a thing ....he's the best Dentist I've ever had the pleasure to meet

I really wanted to like this place but it hasn’t been the same since the pandemic. For my last two appointments I waited 25 minutes past my appointment time. Today my cleaning finished at 5:07 and instead of waiting to view my panoramic and provide the clean bill of health-the doctor left promptly at five. My insurance was billed for the doctor’s periodic oral evaluation but none was completed by Dr.
Coots. I’m not sure what happened to this establishment.

Tell people ahead of time what their charges will be for expensive dental work, say for work over $100. The other day I had a relatively large charge of over $400, which was slapped in my face at checkout. This infuriated me because of the fact you all have charges that aren't revealed. How did I know that that amount was correct as opposed to being made up? I really don't understand what I'm paying for. I have never been billed. I assumed, now proven incorrectly so, that insurance took care of things.
I had a change in address that I gave you, but you didn't change it in a timely manner, so I had more back charges given to me: all of last year, i believe. How did you all know on the spot, virtually immediately, what the insurance would pay before a claim was even filed? I don't think that this is the insurance's responsibility to detail with the patient. They don't anyway. I have been a patient there for at least 25 years. I'm very close to leaving based on the way you all bill and present charges here and there - and that seem to come out of thin air. Just telling me that i owe a large sum at checkout without ever presenting a breakdown isn't user friendly.
Telling me that I " have a balance" isnt clear enough, and its rude because you all "imply" I am a derelict in payment. How is that amount figured out? It's also rude in saying that a certain percent is expected at checkout. Where does that come from? I am happy to pay at checkout, but suddenly presented with a verbal $400 "bill" is uncomfortable, and a bit much to spring on the patient. I'm happy with the dentists though.
