I had to update my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. 2/3 times I have been here for my originally scheduled appointment, they’ve cancelled on me…never called in person (they even sent 3 confirmation texts including the morning of) and didn’t seem to have any sympathy whatsoever about the inconvenience on their patients. I had to call out of work for the dental emergency and lost out on money. They don’t tell you it’s cancelled until you show up. I’ve never had this experience at any medical office and if you value your time, do not come here because they will 100% waste it.

The reason it gets 2 stars is because I had to get a filling and the whole dental team was so compassionate and competent. They listened when I said I was in pain snd were so gentle with the procedure. I hope this dentist finds a new practice that’s more considerate, I’d gladly follow them there.

Dr. Dilbag Singh

One of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Their website shows available appointment slots, but after I booked one, a representative called to say there was actually no availability. They then offered me an appointment a week later, only to inform me at the end that they don’t accept my insurance, even though I specifically selected their office on Cigna’s website.

I spent more than seven days, initially to select them as provided and then booking for my all my family members.

Very good attention on my first visit. I went for a dental cleaning, since I arrived, the staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The place is clean and well maintained. It was a quick experience. I would definitely come back if I needed another treatment.
