Very deceitful practice and are only after your money. I was told by the front desk on my date of service, before going in, that everything is routine and preventative and hence covered at 100% since they are in network with my insurance. They mentioned only the fluoride treatment is not covered by insurance for adults and it is optional at a small out of pocket cost of $40, which I agreed to and paid on the day of service before I left the office, being reassured that the rest is covered by insurance.

I later received a bill showing I owe $837 and amount is submitted to a debt collector to hurt your credit score and pull the money out of you. I would never go here. Avoid!
