So far, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with Dental Dreams. I am waiting for my dentures. I have two more visits so I can’t say anything about Dental Dreams but good things. I will leave another review after my dentures are completed.

I do like that my dentist wants to make sure that my dentures fit properly before giving them to me. She’s always been very pleasant and I’ve never had to wait long for my appointment.

I can never get ahold of anyone. I have called several days at different times. I drove 45 minutes to actually talk to someone. It says they accept walk ins but they hardly have dentist in to accommodate walk ins. I was sent away and told they couldn't get me in until June 3rd. I am pregnant and can't keep taking pain meds that long.

So before I had gone here I saw all these horrible reviews about people's appointments being canceled. My experience: My partner went in person to schedule me an appointment while I was at work since I had very bad wisdom teeth pain, she called me over the phone & they only needed a few pieces of information (took 2 minutes max) Got my apt which was today. Went in at scheduled time, was greeted by very nice and respectful ladies at the front desk. Sat down for roughly 5 minutes, went to the back, got the xrays & a referral for an oral surgeon in a matter of 10 minutes.

Everybody there was extremely professional & I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about this place. Thank you for getting me the help I need. You are all very much appreciated.

They say Walk ins welcomed but when you go there they say they are not accepting walk-ins. They say to call but they never answer their phones and don't return phone calls. There's no way to be in the cancellation list. With all the technology available to providers I don't understand why there's no way to confirm appointments. It smells. They shouldn't have scented plugins.
