Horrible place. Google reviews are 200% correct. Worst front desk. They don't even have a minute to listen to you. Terrible place, I will never ever again go to this place. Is worse for the kids, they don't care about the patient whatsoever.

The office is grossly mismanaged and has no regard for patients’ time. My toddler had an appointment today 11/15/22 at 10:30 AM since I received a call yesterday to change it from 11 AM to 10:30 AM and I agreed. I was in the waiting area for about 1hr and 45min. I went to the front desk and asked her how much longer she gave me attitude and spoke down at me saying I can't hear you speak up. Once I altered my voice she said her appointment is for 11 am and we are running behind. She had a nasty stinky attitude for no apparent reason.

other patients on the floor were also complaining about the exaggerated wait time and the staff's attitude. Again, they are just after your money! The front desk staff are super unprofessional, rude and arrogant. Worst service ever ! I would not recommend this dentistry. I would give a 0 but that’s unfortunately not possible.

This place has been a great experience for me. The staff are friendly, easy to get appointments and they call you right back when anything arrives for fitting etc and the doctors are very caring and gentle which is very important for me since I have dental anxiety.

"I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The customer service was extremely poor, and the diagnosis provided was incorrect, leading to the wrong medication, which caused significant issues for my son. They also refused to provide a copy of the X-ray and demanded extra payment even though I had already paid in full.

On top of that, their services are overpriced with no justification for the cost. I would not recommend this place to anyone. "

Bayønne dental nø gøød. They are 'Students, not Dentist / Døctors. There's only 1 Dentists, thê rest are Students. Asăin stųdent gave me only 5 minutes tėėth cleaning. Suppose to be hălf hour or more.
