The worst clinic I have seen. NOT PROFRESSIONAL AT ALL. All the front desk are very rude. For my daughter's procedure I have to follow up multiple times with no response and putting me on hold for 20-40 mins. Please save your time and energy by not visiting this place. Will not even give 1 star to this. This is Irvington Office.

This office is becoming bad to worse. The wait time has increased from minutes to over an hr. The doctors mis-dignose and tell we have more cavities than there is (this was confirmed by changing my dentist). For root canal, they made us wait over 4 months to get an appointment with various reasons. I do not recommend this place.

She is meticulous and takes her time, ensuring everything is perfect without rushing through the process.

It sounds like I had a similar experice to another reviewer. The dentist started a filling a tooth that ended up not being decayed, but just a filling. It ended up breaking off a while later. She did a filling on another tooth that was never shaved down properly. I had an issue with getting answers about a root canal.

Now I've received a "delinquent" bill for myself and my husband for "concierge service. " The bill is dated January, and I haven't been there since June. I only went there due to an insurance change, and have sinced paid out of pocket to avoid this practice. Only positive thing I can say is the office staff was nice when I was there.
