We really love the hygienist at this office as she is super sweet, personable and great with my kids. Any of the dentists we have seen have also been helpful and kind, but that’s about where it ends. The front desk staff is completely rude, rolls their eyes, is highly unprofessional and never returns your phone calls. I kept receiving a bill for money we did not owe and they refused to help me, shrugged their shoulders and said to figure it out. I continually was hounded via text for a balance of $10 until I just paid the money I did not even owe so I was not sent to collections.

Then my children and I were cancelled a few days before for our cleanings with no offer to reschedule or return phone call in about two months. We are done. It’s a shame because the hygienist is so sweet and I wish we could take her with us. She is the one shining star at this place. I dread checking in every time with the front desk because these women are so cold and rude and nothing is done about it.

I’m sure it will be quite a “friendly” and smooth adventure getting all of our records transferred. Insert my own eye roll.

What happened to this office? I have been calling many times almost daily for several weeks, the call was either on hold and then dropped off or straight to voicemail. Leave many messages for Brenda the office manager and she did not call back. This is not professional practice at all. Please call me back as I have yet to receive the check for over payment made since last year. Thank you.

Terrible just Terrible! Avoid at all costs. Dr. Book was rude, rushed and was rough. He left a piece of instrument in my nerve said it was my fault and I had an infection. No antibiotics prescribed. I called and it's unbelievable this place. Sad really. Hard to find decent dentists these days. 😔

literally go to any other dentist place. . i called for a cleaning they told me i have to come in for a walk-in and not make an appointment so i did. they said my insurance was giving them problems when i’ve used that same insurance for years. when it finally went through i paid out of pocket and they rushed my cleaning and when i mentioned that she was going too rough on me she said i wasn’t sitting still. i then had to wait 3 months to get a fill for a cavity because she was “too booked” then when the 3 months came and they made me pay out of pocket twice because they messed it up the first time.

i work in customer service and i understand frustration with customers but there’s no need to be insanely rude to people for no reason at all. the front desk lady was SO nasty to me. after all this they’re still sending a 1000$ bill to my house for something i paid for twice because of a mess up. this place is horrible, dirty and rude.
