🔴 Please read this. What happened to her should never happen to anyone. A woman we know had a very upsetting experience at this dental office in Easton, PA. After getting a dental implant, she had a bad infection. She messaged the dentist right away, asking for help — but he didn’t answer. She was in pain and had to go to Urgent Care, where they gave her antibiotics.

Later, she went back to the dental office to explain everything and kindly asked for a refund so she could go somewhere else to fix the problem. But instead of helping her, the dentist sent out his office manager. The manager told her and her husband to leave and even threatened to call the police. They did nothing wrong — just asked for help. She left the office in tears, still in pain, and completely humiliated. She then tried to get help from three different oral surgeons, but none of them would take her case — because they didn’t want to deal with legal issues from fixing another dentist’s mistake.

Now she’s stuck, still hurting, and doesn’t know who to turn to. She never wanted to make trouble. She just wanted to be treated with care and respect. Please help share her story. I had my first visit yesterday, after quite a long time of not having seen a dentist. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and great at explaining everything, asking if I had questions, etc. They were gentle for the cleaning and informative about anything I needed to know.

(And the playlist on the speakers was great!) As someone without dental insurance, they also didn't break the bank or stress me out financially. I'm glad I chose them!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! Absolutely love this Dental office. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The care for the patients is Top tier. I’ve had work done with Dr.Li and he made sure I had all possible options for treatment and pricing was fair and reasonable. The website was easy to navigate and resourceful. Highly recommend for all your Dental needs!
