To be honest with you guys this place is so ran down…from the employees to the building. What’s the point of booking an appointment at 9am to be seen at 10:30? it makes no sense. Even when you make a phone call about discomfort for a cavity you’re still waiting 10+ minutes even when they say “give me 1 second”. It was one receptionists who was kind but other than that… So when you give them attitude back there’s a problem? some of you lack professionalism.

Take your time/money somewhere else for real because this is horrible & i understand why it’s rated as low as it is. Y'all have signs up to be quiet yet the patients are arguing with the receptionist about the wait time (i don’t disagree lmao i would too). smh do better.

I'm only giving three stars because of RDH Simona. I need to have a root canal and crown done and I was going over the plan with Simona and that's when Dr. Gaines came in. Insurance is only covering 10% of the total for the root canal and crown (ridiculous) and Dr. Gaines asked me a very unprofessional question. . .

She asked me "Are you going to get a second job?" This was very insensitive and I'm under my parent's plan anyway. Aside from that, Simona was the most help and expressed immense concern and really tried to offer solutions unlike Dr. Gaines. The only reason I would come back to this clinic is because of Simona. Dr. Gaines even if you may not like your job, please watch what you say to your patients.
