Im very scared of the dentist. The doctor and assistant where extremely patient and nice to me. I was shaking and kept asking if I was okay. I needed a lot of work done they took pull out 4 teeth and 3 roots canals. I didn’t feel no pain while they did the work. They are extremely good at what they do. I will definitely come back. I can smile again thank you . My teeth look beautiful again

After my 3rd visit to Dental Solutions, I can confidently say that you should avoid this place if possible. While the front desk folks are nice and things seem to operate in a timely manner, the lack of communication and expectation setting have resulted in my poor review. I booked my first visit there, thinking it would be like any other first time visit — x-rays and a cleaning. I was wrong. It was just x-rays. I did not know this going into the visit. It was never communicated to me.

So, at the end of the visit, the person who had done my x-rays informed me that I needed to return for a "deep cleaning. " They did not tell me what that meant or what I could expect from a deep cleaning. I went back for my deep cleaning appointment. Again, no one had explained what to expect at all, so imagine my surprise when the dentist whips out a syringe and starts injecting my gums to numb them. Even through all of this, no one told me what was happening or what to expect. No one told me I would need to be numbed, no one told me how long I would be numb for, no one told me that this deep cleaning would be broken up into 2 visits. I went back for the second half of the deep cleaning visit.

At least this time I knew what the experience would be like. As I was checking out, the person at the front desk asked if the dentist had used an antibiotic and I said I had no idea. She apologized for the lack of communication and then charged me for it. I don't think it is any one person's fault that my experience was so bad, but this lack of clarity around processes and procedures is unacceptable. I am leaving 2 stars because everyone is friendly, the facility is clean and things do operate in a timely manner.

I had an appointment on Friday. I got there about 20 min early so I waited in the lobby with the other patients and then someone promptly checked us all in. I didn't have to wait long after check in to be called to the back. I enjoyed my hygienist and my cleaning.

She was really gentle and answered my questions. She took her time to make sure I was comfortable during the process and knew what I needed for my next follow up appointment. I enjoy coming here and have been a patient for over 15 years.
