Not the fault of this specific dental office in Beachwood/Woodmere, but my dental PPO Aetna said Dental Works did periodontal work. Dental Works call center said they did periodontal work. I got to the office. . . They don't do periodontal work.

This was not the fault of the office in Beachwood but the person or persons who run the Dental Works call center. They make it impossible to contact specific office for what you're trying to make an appointment or to get information to or from. And the people in the call center do not seem to be trained well since I asked several times with different people: "You're sure they do periodontal work?" and was told yes. Dental works needs to give far better customer service and specifically to each office.

This was an amazing dental experience! They were pretty busy when I went in but they immediately checked me in and the receptionist was the sweetest ever. They still brought me back around my appointment time. If anything it was maybe 10 min behind but everyone was so pleasant and accommodating. The dental assistants were so sweet and really made me feel more comfortable being there.

I felt at home and did not feel shy or nervous the entire time I was there. I even noted that normally I have extreme dental anxiety but they made me feel so relaxed and calm while they worked on me. I would DEFINITELY recommend coming here if you have dental anxiety.

Teeth cleaning and dental checkup was amazing as always! I’ve been a patient for many years. I am always very happy with the staff and the service. A friendly, professional bunch!!! This time, the hygienist suggested brush picks for between my teeth so I have less scraping next time! (since I prefer NO scraping of tartar!!!)😁 For scheduling, the dental office system confirmed my appointment several times over two weeks prior by text message.

I always responded with a “Y” (I’ll be there!!) No problem whatsoever. 🤷🏻‍♀️
