While I did not visit this office as a patient, I was in the waiting room while my boyfriend was being taken care of. While in the waiting room the receptionist contacted his insurance company on speaker phone and I was able to clearly hear her list his birthday and social security number which I thought was very dangerous and unprofessional.

The young lady dick cleaned my teeth was an excellent individual. She was very and explained exactly what he was doing. However, the individual that the dentist that was there he's not very friendly and did not really have a lot to say. So, I just did not actually care for him.

Schedule my first appointment over a month in advance. Less than a week before my appointment, I receive a text stating that I would need to reschedule. I called the number listed in the message and confirmed that I did not need to reschedule my appointment. I verified this TWICE to make sure. I don't receive any correspondence after this. I arrive at my appointment (20 minute drive) and am informed that they have tried contacting me to reschedule because a Doctor wasn't available.

I informed them that I spoke with a representative on the phone. I was told "I must have called the contact center. After the phone rings three times it goes there instead of the office. " Huh??? Needless to say I wasn't seen. Very poor communication.

I needed a tooth extracted and finally found an oral surgeon who (1) was available this month; and (2) was in my dental plan network. Dr. Poore was casual and put me immediately at ease. His staff prepped me, he deadened the nerves around the tooth and out in came in about 30 seconds with no pain whatsoever. This was a much needed relief delivered with professional mastery.

As I left, I told Dr. Poore I hoped I would never see him again. We both laughed.
