Went to get a cleaning on May 6, 2025. After x-rays was told I needed a deep cleaning. For extra dollars that I didn't have. So she only did a Perio Maintenance total for that bill 368.00. She didn't try to clean my teeth good just stated deep cleaning should be done well damn if I tell you Im here for a cleaning don't try to get more money out of me and do a half ass job

The wait wasn't terrible and the receptionist was kind. However, I came in for a horrible toothache. Dr. G said it was infected and needed to be extracted. She then told me she would let the from desk know and set up a treatment plan. Then came back in and said she'd pull it. After dropping the instrument in my mouth and cutting my gum, she finally pulled it.

Immediately after pulling it she said, "you're all done and good to go. " I asked if I needed an antibiotic and she said, "no, you can go. " No instructions on aftercare or any kind of follow up or things to look out for. Just rushed out the door. I did not feel seen or heard.

Made an appointment for my disabled mother who was in major pain from a toothache. They gave a her an emergency next day appointment on a Friday afternoon. When she arrived they confirmed her insurance and went right to caring for her and even took care of a couple of other issues she had.

She came home feeling much better and they handled her with care and the attention she needed. Thank you so much Family Dental for the care :-)

Awful customer service. Front desk staff was fine, other staff didn’t know what they were doing and the attitudes were not at all professional. Zero communication about what is being done while looking at my teeth.

Don’t think the woman doing my X-rays ever changed her gloves in the hour it took her to do the exam and nobody came to help her get it right. Never had such a shitty experience at a doctor or dentist.
