THIS IS THE WORST CLINIC EVER. My kids hated it here. DONT GO HERE. My daughter complained so much about how rough they were cleaning her teeth. She was in pain during and after the appointment.

Dr. Lin was rude to my daughter the whole time she was nervous, staff was difficult and rude, which as a doctor who specializes in pediatric care you should know how to take care and comfort your young patients. I will never bring my daughter back here again.

BEWARE!!! Be careful of when you are paying for services even though you have insurance. They will take your money, claim that they don’t deal with the insurance but still submit a claim to be paid by the insurance company and then refuse to give the money back. Basically double dipping.

They are getting double payments, one from the customer and one from the insurance company where they claim “they 99. 99% never deal with” (verbatim from receptionist) but why would they ask for a payment up front and then go and submit a claim to the insurance to be payable to the dentist? I had full intention to pay for it out of my own pocket and then submit it myself so I can be reimbursed by the insurance company but they went and submitted it for themselves even after I paid them. How many customers have they done this to? All the extra money they are claiming for themselves? They are getting double payments and after speaking to them asking for the money back, they are giving me a hard time with a whole bunch of excuses.

Sounds like they are scamming the system and also their clients

A great experience ! Right from when we walked in the staff were very nice and friendly. I was impressed by their professionalism, punctuality and quality of service. Dr. Lin was very thorough with her examination and took the time to explain to me (the parent) the issues in need of addressing.

The treatment room was very peaceful and calming and my daughter felt safe and comfortable with Dr. Lin as the doctor explained everything during the procedure which helped both myself and my daughter be at ease. A very nice and stress-free experience from beginning to end. You were all absolutely wonderful!

We’ve been with Dentistry for Children for over 15 years, and it’s been a fantastic experience every step of the way. From my son’s first visit as a toddler to now, as a young adult, the care has always been exceptional. Dr. Teresa Berger and her team are kind, professional, and truly make every visit comfortable, no matter his age!
