Dr. Devlin and his staff are wonderful. They are all friendly and professional. We were referred to Dr. Devlin about 10 years ago by a friend of ours, Lynda Samson. The drive from our house was further than we wanted to make, but after the rave review and consultation with Dr. Devlin as well as with other orthodontists closer to our home, we decided the drive was worth every extra minute! We have never regretted our decision. Dr. Devlin put braces on our oldest daughter (3 years worth of braces & bands) and our middle daughter is a month from getting hers off (braces, no bands needed, about 2 years). Our youngest daughter visits the office for consultations about every six months as she will be in braces next.

The main reason we appreciate Dr. Devlin is because he has earned our trust. He doesn’t carelessly hand out treatment plans and doesn’t treat unnecessary stuff or treat kids prematurely, requiring more treatments a few years later. All of our girls saw him for several consultations and chair visits before they got braces while he waited for baby teeth to fall out and observed their teeth and development until each child’s mouth was ready for braces. He consults with the patient, parents, and as needed dentists and oral surgeons. He also reviews previous X-rays and dental care. He develops a plan for each patient’s individual needs. He earned our trust through his knowledge, experience, consultations, explanations and treatment plans for our daughters. Dr. Devlin and his staff have always treated us and our girls with kindness and patience.

When my husband walks back to check on our daughter, he is always received warmly and treated as if he’s a patient. He’s never rushed out or felt like he’s in the way or somewhere he shouldn’t be. Dr. Devlin talks to him and answers all of his questions. We love that we can make early morning or afternoon appointments, scheduling around school hours. In the summer and days off school, we’ve also found it easy to adjust our times and visit during the day. The front office staff is easy to work with to schedule and even reschedule if necessary. We’ve been with Devlin for years and have several more to go! We can’t say enough good stuff about Devlin Orthodontics.
