The staff at this location are nice and very patient especially with the demanding and obnoxious patients that they deal with in this zipcode. Although some of the employees were well dressed some were in hoodies and just didn't look like they worked there. Not that it took away from them being nice and proficient in the work it just didn't look good. If it wasn't that I did my research and know people who've been here I would've walked out.

Maybe a scrub policy should be implemented. I also wish the vestibule was cleaned this is our 2nd visit and I see the same pieces of paper still on the floor. It takes two minutes to sweep up and vacuum. I live in this neighborhood and knew what to expect and still decided to give this location a chance so walking into a trashy vestibule twice and employees in a hoodie just made me think I made the wrong decision but overall glad I stood and kept my appt.

Besides those suggestions that will improve the business, I will definitely recommend this office they're proficient and very professional. So far our journey is going well and everything is on track.
