If I could give them less than one star, I would! I have had so many bad experiences, but today was the drop that spilled the glass. 1- During my treatment, the doctor sent me to get a tooth removed, so I did. On my first appointment back, the staff was so rude with my still sensitive gums that when she heard me complain, all she said was, “I know it hurts, but it needs to be done. ” She continued with her work but did not change a bit, knowing I was in discomfort. MIND YOU, this is a place that ALSO treats children. 2- On my retainers’ day, I explained I did not want the permanent retainers.

They still placed them on my bottom teeth. I told the staff I do not want them, all she said is “you’ll get use to them”. Time has passed, I am still not used to them. I went back to get them removed, they RE CHARGED me the amount. Today, I went for the THIRD TIME and they still haven't made the replacement. They keep sending me appointment text confirmations, but yet, NO ONE calls.

Keep in mind that, on their notes, they do have that someone has called. HOWEVER, my phone is always with me, and I have never seen their number popping up. Asked the lady if they will be doing something to accomodate me, all this delay and their lack of communication and she said “we’ll offer you an appology”. I am NEVER recommending this place.

I had a 9:30 AM appointment and was not seen until 10:45 AM. There was no communication or explanation from the staff until I demanded one. When I asked about the delay, I was told to be “understanding” because other people were waiting too. That is not my responsibility, especially when I showed up on time for a scheduled appointment. The staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. There was no accountability or courtesy.

I genuinely dread coming to this location, and this experience only confirms why. It is unacceptable to leave patients in the dark and then try to guilt them into silence when they speak up. What is even more frustrating is that if I had been the one to arrive late, my appointment would have been canceled without question. So why is it acceptable for me to wait over an hour with no compensation for my time or any sense of urgency from the staff? This double standard shows a complete lack of respect for patients. Do better.
