!!!!!RUNNNN FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!! I had an extremely frustrating experience with this orthodontic practice for my Invisalign treatment that began in April 2024 and has continued to be problematic through March 2025. During my initial consultation with an older doctor, I clearly explained that I needed my aligners to create space for future implants. Despite my specific request and after I paid my deposit, the doctor incorrectly placed an order for aligners that would bring my teeth together—the exact opposite of what I needed. After the attachments were already placed, I discovered this error only because I asked questions about my treatment. A younger doctor apologized and promised to order the correct aligners, telling me to continue using the incorrect ones up to a certain point. When I requested expedited shipping for the corrected aligners, they refused. A few weeks later, I received a call that my second set had arrived.

Upon asking questions during pickup, I discovered they had AGAIN changed my order! The younger doctor showed me that he had ordered the aligners I requested and paid for, but someone in their office had canceled that order and placed the incorrect one AGAIN. By June 2024, all they offered were apologies and instructions to continue wearing my last set until the correct aligners arrived—again refusing to expedite the order. I've paid over 45% of my total bill, which according to their policies should entitle me to a refund. Especially since I never had the chance to pick up the THIRD set. When I went in March 2025 to request a refund, the receptionist denied my request, claiming I needed to have canceled within 30-60 days of starting treatment. This is completely unfair as their repeated mistakes consumed my entire cancellation period! The receptionist dismissively told me I would need to speak with the billing department and promised they would contact me within 3 days. It has now been over a week with no contact.

I also requested escalation to Dr. Oleg Drute, the Chief, and have received NO RESPONSE whatsoever. I feel like a hostage in this situation—I paid my part but received terrible service, and now they refuse to acknowledge their mistakes or provide a refund. I would strongly caution anyone considering this practice for orthodontic work.
