Diamond Braces is absolutely wonderful. They have accommodated my daughter in difficult situations that I had with her insurance. Their staff is super nice. Kudos to Isabel and Diomedis.

These girls went above and beyond in helping my daughter with the insurance approval and always maintaining her braces. The office is very understanding and always answers all my questions. I would definitely recommend Diamond Braces. Thank you Diamond Braces for all your services!!! Let’s not forgot her dentist my daughter loves him❤️❤️

I had an amazing experience! I had the opportunity to be guided by Chantal P today, she informed me and my mother so well that we didn’t even have to ask questions, she answered all the questions I had in my head before I even asked and the other stuff were amazing, as well. It felt like being around my friends not some sort of formal thing. Overall great experience and I’ll be back!!

They have the best dentists and assistants. I’ve never had an issue with any of them and they’re very accommodating and helpful. Not sure about the other locations however for Diamond Braces 2992 Third Avenue, I’d definitely highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Today my son had an appointment and the appointment was canceled due to me asking how long it was going to take for our appointment to begin. Our appointment was at 3:00 p. m. and it did not even begin until 3:29. From my understanding, if I was late they would cancel my appointment and have me rescheduled. I simply asked how long would this take to begin services + the receptionist said it would take as long as it's going to take. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional that they could not articulate how much time they needed to gather paperwork to start my appointment which was at 3:00 p.

m. I then spoke to the advisor who was going to start my paperwork, so I asked again. Do you know what time our appointment will begin? You know it's past 3:00 p. m. I just would like to know the time frame. She told me that I am free to leave or reschedule, didn't at this point I'm frustrated because we're sitting here and it's well past 3:30 and we have not begun any paperwork. She has a nasty attitude and expects me to sit down and hand her my money.

I ask is there anyone else I could speak to besides you and she said no. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received today. I requested to have another appointment with a different advisor. Hopefully that one goes better. I think there needs to be an attitude adjustment and a manager available to assist in situations like this. This could have been completely avoided Had a manager been available.
