Dr Napoli is the very best surgeon when it comes to extractions. When you think he didn't start on your tooth to be extracted, it's already been out. He is quick painless and an expert in his field.. I've heard of very bad experiences from other patients with other doctors, I always recommend Dr Napoli when it comes to this type of dental work.

I’ve been seeing Dr. James Saoud since 2017 and have always had such great experiences with him. From wisdom teeth removals, to crowns, fillings, etc. he does great work, is professional, very considerate about individual pain tolerances, and is super kind.

I also love that he plays music to help ease the dental anxiety. I’ve experienced errors with the front desk billing incorrectly in the past but have had no problems the last few visits.

The front staff had misinformation. Despite being Scheduled for a cleaning my dentist was not available that day. According to one of the workers there, someone should have checked to see who my dentist was now I need to go back for a second visit. My visit was also scheduled a different time from the two text messages I received versus my actual time they had recorded.

The dental hygienist was amazing. Very communicative very patient and very thorough. She caused minimal pain and I am very glad she is still a worker on premises.
