Charges for exam and cleaning, they don't use any sort of oral cleaning agent at all. Just scrape your teeth and that's literally it, not the usual routine you expect from a licensed dental hygienist. The exam is the "doctor" sticking his head in the door and saying hello. He does not even look in your mouth. Shut this place down.

I needed the rest of my upper teeth pulled and upper dentures. I called this office to ask if they took my insurance and was told they did. I signed papers agreeing to a $250 payment on my first visit, and $250 at my second appointment. I was to get my teeth pulled and my plates on my second visit.

However, I never had a second appointment, bc the receptionist called me to tell me I was on the wrong plan with my insurance and they wouldn't pay for the services. I was then mailed a bill for $956. I called them to try to work something out, and she laughed at me and said it was my fault for not calling my insurance myself. She said she didn't have internet and there was no way for her to know.

Mind you, she was the one that said they would and told me what they covered and what they wouldn't. She also said I got my teeth cleaned for free. Funny bc I'm out $250 for a teeth cleaning that i didn't pay for??? Then she said I needed to go somewhere else. I was as polite as I could be and my insurance would have probably made an exception but I have no desire to do any business with them because of the unprofessional way she behaved
