Beware of this practice. Shady billing practices along with unnecessary procedures. When our family changed to a different dentist, everyone had cavities and we were told it looked like our teeth hadn’t been cleaned in years, when our last appointment was 6 months ago.

The older lady at the front desk was very rude. She ingored questions, and had an attitude as soon as we walked through the door. Honestly, I wouldn't even take a dog here.

I was a patient of Jeff McMillan for over 30 years, with Lisa being my dental hygienist. I loved going to the dentist as my teeth are a be of the few reliably good things I have in my body. Service was excellent and prompt… Then Christian showed up as Jeff decided to retire. Slowly but surely familiar faces in the practice started to disappear - Which means n and of itself says a lot. After 30+ years of seeing Lisa I was set to have my final appointment with her this morning. Admittedly it was bittersweet knowing I’d probably never see her again after she literally watched me grow up. On my way to my appointment I started having car troubles, so I did what any respectable person does: I called to let them know I would be late. Rather than being met with apathy, Sarah let me know that they have a “10 minute rule”.

If I was more than 10 mins late I would have to reschedule. I informed her that I was halfway to Bristol from Johnson City and her response started with “You’re not going to make it”. I said that I had never heard of such a rule. She responded by telling me it had been in place as long as she’d been there - 4 years. Well, that’s nothing compared to the 30+ years I’ve been a patient in that practice. She finished with a sarcastic “I hope you make it on time”. I called back and requested to speak to the office manager. Same Sarah said she would get the doctor, and put me on hold.

She returned a few mins later to let me know the Dr was in a procedure but “the rule still stands”. I told her I wouldn’t be coming in, and that I had called back to make a complaint regarding her attitude. She asked if I wanted her name and began speaking over me saying “Sarah Flatt” over and over. So thanks Sarah Flatt! Because of your terrible attitude I didn’t get my last appointment with the person who has cleaned my teeth for over 3 decades, and who is retiring in May…. Because of your terrible attitude I left this review so everybody can read about it rather than having to experience it themselves.
