I came in for my preliminary visit for a crown. Dr. Shipley and his staff were very professional. They walked me through the process, and made me comfortable as they got to work. My experience at Alamont was top-notch and delightful. Even if there was a drill involved. If you are looking for a dentist, then Alamont Dental Associates is the dental practice for you.

Alamont Dental (Dr. Shipley) is the ONLY practice I will go to! Their communication is top notch, always letting me know in advance if there's any change to my appointment, insurance, or dental health. I never have any problems with making an appointment, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. If I need something that isn't covered by insurance, Alamont offers a payment plan. I've been to other places (a national chain) in the past, but ended up getting scammed into having procedures that weren't necessary, but expensive.

Alamont doesn't do that! Dr. Shipley only recommends what is needed to maintain or improve my dental health. I really appreciate his honesty and professionalism! Don't waste your time or money with a different dental group. Nobody compares to Alamont!

Called for an appointment, longtime patient here, Debbie was extremely rude to me. Was not welcoming or kind, but instead seemed more concerned about when my last appointment was for some reason, and told me i could not be seen for more than 6 months into the future. Have always loved my lifelong dentist, Dr. Roller, but this experience has put a sour taste in my mouth for this business.

My family will be going elsewhere. I'm sure they don't care, seems they are spoiled for choice when it comes to customers.
