In all my years I have never really had a pleasant experience at the dentist until today. I had a tooth that needed pulling and I wanted to get consultation on upper dentures. The tooth pulling was as painless as could be and their making of my dentures they have gotten down to a smooth oiled machine. The price was sooo reasonable. If you need a great dentist Dr.

Bettis is the dentist to see. . . and NO, no one made mention of any ratings they hope I would make. If they had you would not see my name here!

Only added one star because they don't allow 0 . Absolutely awful experience more than once. We are now in the process of taking the Dentist to court for insurance billing fraud and malpractice. Horrible place that doesn't care about the patients.

Saw very little of the Dentist, she allows her hygienist drill healthy teeth to make the misapplied caps to fit rather than replace them. Also caught her falsifying insurance billing for procedure not performed.

The staff is very nice and procedure pricing was fair. Usually ended up waiting a while for scheduled appointments (30 minutes). They're very busy. Routine fillings were rough, not polished, and required multiple adjustments due to onset of pain and discomfort after having them done. At my final adjustment I was given no numbing despite my visible distress when my teeth were touched. She told me to just hang on and continued grinding on my teeth while I whimpered in the chair.

Only stopped after I slammed the arm rest in pain. She threw her hands up and said she didn't know what the problem was, and referred me to an endodontist for a root canal. I ended up needing two crowns for the two teeth that were filled due to fractures. My experiences up until this point were fine, so maybe it was a one-off experience but it was enough for me to decide to find a new dentist.
