I’ve been going to this office for over 20yrs and the service was always great till about 2 yrs ago… not sure if it’s under new ownership, but all new doctors seem inexperience and very unprofessional! My last visit while Dr Eric worked on me, 3 of the assistance were gathered around me all giggling talking about her weekend and messing around . . I ended up with not 1 over filed tooth but he ended up over filling the tooth next to it too. . when he was finished my 2 bottom teeth looked like they were baby teeth. . when I complained about it they made all kinds of excuses… my front teeth are ruined.
They kept making appointments for me telling me that they would fix it but when I’d get to the office they made up more excuses… three stupid appointments, wasted my time . . and they actually made me feel like I was at wrong… when in fact they messed up my teeth. . they did nothing to fix their mistake. After 20 years, sad to say, will never ever go back

Best customer service and quality driven care that I have experienced in the area. All the staff including front desk, dentists and technicians have been genuinely polite every single visit with my family including my child. They accommodate family visits. They've never treated us like cash cows, only offering what is necessary and never over charging.
They treat you like an actual patient and not a business profit. Very happy with their services and my experience there.

We r to this dentist since I was young, my whole family used to go there but a few years back they told me I could only get a same day appt because I no showed my appt even after I explained I was at cooper hospital with my husband who was in a severe car accident. They also would call me to bring my son in early and we would get there and still have to wait 30-45 min until we went back.
You’re just a number there, the front desk staff are rude and only care about money. They sent threatening letters for a $27 balance

If you’re looking for a super unprofessional dentist office that does shotty work this is the place for you! No matter what appointment my sister scheduled she was always stuck waiting 20-30+ minutes. The receptionists are just as unprofessional as the dentists and trying to get them to call you back after you complain about the horrible work the dentist did is impossible.
My sister has had the same filling crack 3 times in less than a year because of the terrible job they have done on her teeth. They have let her leave the office in pain and in tears because they truly do not care about their patients at all
