My faith in the goodness of humanity has been restored thanks to Dr. Plastiu and his fantastic team. I got an implant at Affordable Dentures and Implants in Florida a few years ago. We moved to Jersey 6 months ago, and about a week ago, my implant got loose. I made an appointment in their Vineland office, waited for days in pain, and on the day I thought they would finally take it out, they said they couldn't help me because I got my implant in Florida, and they didn't want to get involved. Then, they referred me to an oral surgeon in Vineland, whom I called from the waiting room, and they also declined to take out my loose implant. I could not believe how a patient in pain was being treated at Affordable Dentures and Implants. I called about 10 oral surgeons, all of whom had long wait times before I finally came across Sewell Dental Arts' number. The lady on the phone was very friendly and caring and got me a same-day appointment. When I walked into their office, I filled out the paperwork and someone who looked like the doctor stopped at the front desk.

He looked at me, and the first thing he asked was if I was in pain. He could see it in my face. They got me into a room within minutes and did an X-ray. After a few questions, the doctor said, "First, let's take your pain away, and then we'll talk. " I cannot describe how happy I was to hear him say that. I instantly felt heard and cared for. An amazing team of about four assistants and doctors stood around me, examining my loose implant. They were all incredibly kind, caring, and competent in everything they did. Dr. Pastiu fixed the issue quickly and painlessly.

He and his team are the best dentists I have ever been to. The assistants were so caring, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Dr. Pastiu made a few jokes that eased the tension on my face and made me believe in the goodness of humanity again. As long as I live, I will go to Dr. Pastiu and his incredible team. Thank you so much for taking my pain away and fixing my implant. I'm looking forward to my next appointment! Thank you so much.

My family has used this dentist since 2011 (IIRC) and everyone on the team is a rock star. Dr. Pastiu is efficient and professional with everything, as is his staff, who are all caring enough to explain any questions or calm any nerves. Kathy is an absolute pro managing the front desk and the customer service is all individualized; they know your name and we're always treated well.

We dealt with a dental emergency years ago, over a holiday weekend, in the summer, and with all of the problems to overcome, the team there did everything possible to help us; we couldn't have asked for better service. People complaining about appointments being hard to schedule need to remember a busy dentist is a good thing, it means the service AND results are at a level people enjoy and won't go anywhere else.

This is by far the best dentist you will ever have. Dr Pastiu did a complete restoration of my mouth many years ago and I’ve never had any issues. He immediately made me feel at ease and I never experienced any discomfort. His complete attention detail and high standards for sanitation have always been his top priority as well as my comfort his chair. I now have a beautiful smile and the confidence to face any situation .

The office staff is always caring, friendly and welcoming. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist and always had such anxiety when going til I met Dr Pastiu. I have moved out of state 500 miles away and will continue to be a patient in this office because there is no better dentist.
